APPLICATIONS
Once you receive your applications, you'll need to have certain requirements to properly apply!
- Everyone above the age of 18 MUST have their own application!
- We will need a copy of a U.S. government issued ID.
- We will need any paperwork proving all forms of income (Not Bank statements).
- We require a $50.00 application Fee per applicant. This application fee covers : Credit Report , Criminal Report , Eviction Report , Previous Rental Report, and a processing fee.
- Our Applications can be used on any of our available properties without having to pay another fee if you choose a different property.
- Every application MUST be filled out COMPLETELY, even if the information is the same for additional applicants.
- PET POLICY - If pets are allowed in a property, Due to homeowners insurance we cannot Rent to any mix of the following breeds of dogs : Akita, American Pit bull, American Staffordshire or Staffordshire terrier, Chow, Rottweiler, or Wolf hybrids (wolf mixed with any breed). This applies to all Properties. Keep in mind, Not all properties accept Pets.
